Dr. Damien Anh Huynh

Doctor Damien Duc-Anh Huynh grew up in Fairfax County, and as a first-generation immigrant, he was the first member of his family to go to college.  Dr. Huynh graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. After UVA, Dr. Huynh attended the Medical College of Virginia/ Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry where he earned the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery.  While in dental school, Dr. Huynh developed a love for treating special needs patients and spent time caring for many individuals at the Northern Virginia Training Center.  Dr. Huynh was also an active participant in the Mission of Mercy projects, the Charlottesville Dental Clinic and various other dental outreach programs.

After dental school, Dr. Huynh completed a General Practice Residency at the Washington, DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center where he worked closely with various dental specialists and received advanced training in implants, cosmetic prosthodontics, endodontics and periodontal surgery.  With a love of learning, Dr. Huynh continues to spend hundreds of hours honing his skills through continuing education. Dr. Huynh was recognized for his skills and dedication by the Fellowship designation from the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), an honor only 6% of all dentists achieve.

Currently, Dr. Huynh is a standing member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, the Northern Virginia Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry.  He has served multiple terms on the executive board for the Northern Virginia Dental Society and the executive board of the Virginia Academy of General Dentistry. He has been recognized for his leadership in dentistry by his peers as a Fellow by the world-renowned Pierre Fauchard Academy, which is only extended to 3 % of all dentists internationally.

 He is devoted to providing personal and considerate dental care while integrating modern cosmetic treatments and techniques.  Dr. Huynh feels extremely blessed to return to his hometown and to have the opportunity to serve his neighbors. Dr. Huynh has annually been nominated on the 'Top Dentists' lists by the Washingtonian, Virginia Living, and Arlington Magazine publications.

Outside of the dental office, Dr. Huynh enjoys staying active by exercising, camping and spending time with friends and family.
